What does the service include?
The transport of discarded products covers all stages from the moment goods are classified as waste until they are handed over to a licensed disposal facility. Green Shield Logistics provides lawful, documented and fully traceable transport in accordance with the requirements of the Waste Management Act (WMA).

Documents, legal compliance and codes
The activity is governed by the Waste Management Act (WMA) and Ordinance No. 2 of 23 July 2014 on waste classification. Transport is carried out under RIOSV permit No. 12-РД-2661-00.
Every transport is accompanied by a waste transport (consignment) document (TCD) — legally required when transporting waste between two parties. The document proves lawful handover and ensures full traceability of the waste.

Discarded products include goods with expired shelf life, damaged packaging, market-recalled items, non-compliant goods or production residues. The waste management requirements of the WMA apply to all of these.
Depending on the type of product, discarded goods receive a code under Ordinance No. 2/2014. Examples: 20 01 31* / 20 01 32 for medicines, 16 03 for off-spec batches, 15 01 xx for packaging. We assist with classification before transport.
No — we are a licensed carrier, not a disposal facility. We transport discarded products to partner licensed incinerators or landfills, accompanied by a full set of transport documents.
You receive a waste transport (consignment) document (TCD), a weighbridge ticket from the facility and an acceptance confirmation from the licensed partner — a complete audit package for traceability.
For larger volumes or complex cases we conduct an on-site visit or phone consultation. For standard cases, a description of the products is sufficient to prepare the documentation.
