How does the process work?
Enquiry and description
Describe the type of cosmetic products (aerosols, creams, lacquers, alcohol solutions), the quantity and reason for disposal. You may send photographs or a product list.
Assessment and classification
We determine the code under Ordinance No. 2/2014: aerosols and alcohol-based products fall in hazardous categories (ADR mandatory), creams and non-hazardous cosmetics fall in non-hazardous categories. We confirm the appropriate facility and documentation.
Specialised transport
Hazardous cosmetic waste (aerosols, alcohol) is transported by ADR vehicle. Non-hazardous items are transported under standard conditions. In all cases a TCD is prepared.
Handover and documentation
Products are handed over to a licensed incinerator or landfill. You receive a weighbridge ticket, TCD and acceptance confirmation — a complete document package for traceability.
Documents, legal compliance and codes
The activity is governed by the Waste Management Act (WMA) and Ordinance No. 2/2014. Cosmetic products may fall into different categories depending on their composition. Transport is carried out under RIOSV permit No. 12-РД-2661-00.
Aerosols (code 16 05 04*) and products containing hazardous substances (16 03 05*, 20 01 29*) require mandatory ADR transport. Every shipment is accompanied by a waste transport (consignment) document (TCD) — a guarantee of lawful destruction and protection before regulatory authorities.
