We operate with all the necessary permits and documents for legal transport of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.

No. 12-РД-2661-00
Permit for the collection and transport of waste, issued by the Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Water (RIOSV) under the provisions of the Waste Management Act (WMA). This document is the primary legal basis for our operations.

No. 12-РД-2661-00
Permit for the collection and transport of various types of waste, issued under the WMA. Authorises us to legally carry out hazardous and non-hazardous waste transport on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

ADR Certificates
Valid for all drivers
All our drivers hold valid ADR certificates for the transport of dangerous goods by road (European Agreement ADR). The certificates cover the required dangerous goods classes for medical and pharmaceutical waste transport.
- Class 6.2 — Infectious substances
- Class 6.1 — Toxic substances
- Class 9 — Miscellaneous dangerous substances
Waste Management Act
WMA — legal framework
Our operations fully comply with the requirements of the Waste Management Act (WMA, SG No. 53/2012). The WMA regulates the collection, transport, recovery and disposal of waste in Bulgaria.

Ordinance No. 2/2014
Waste classification
Ordinance No. 2 of 23 July 2014 on waste classification transposes the European Waste List (EWL) into Bulgarian law. Every transport is documented with the exact waste code under this ordinance.

Waste transport (consignment) documents
TCD — issued for every transport
For every waste transport we issue a waste transport (consignment) document (TCD). It contains: type and code of the waste, quantity, date and route, details of the carrier and receiving facility.
- Mandatory under the WMA for every transport
- Signed by consignor, carrier and consignee
- Retained for 5 years for inspection purposes
Ordinance No. 1 on hospital waste
Specific to medical waste
The transport of hospital and medical waste is also governed by Ordinance No. 1 of 2015 on the requirements for activities for the collection and treatment of waste on the premises of medical and health establishments — we transport only to licensed incinerators.
