How does the process work?
Enquiry and description
Describe the type of medical waste (infectious, sharps, chemical), the quantity and frequency of generation. Medical establishments may provide their internal waste register.
Assessment and preparation
We classify the waste under Ordinance No. 2/2014, determine the need for ADR transport and UN-certified containers, prepare the documentation and coordinate with the licensed incinerator.
Specialised ADR transport
Removal is carried out by an ADR-certified vehicle with a qualified driver trained to handle biohazardous materials. A TCD is prepared for every transport.
Handover and documentation
Medical waste is handed over to a licensed incinerator. You receive a waste transport (consignment) document (TCD), a weighbridge ticket and a confirmation — required for the medical establishment's waste register.
Documents, legal compliance and codes
The activity is governed by the Waste Management Act (WMA), Ordinance No. 2/2014 on waste classification, and Ordinance No. 1 of 2015 on the requirements for activities for the collection and treatment of waste on the premises of medical and health establishments. Transport is carried out under RIOSV permit No. 12-РД-2661-00.
Every hospital waste transport is accompanied by a waste transport (consignment) document (TCD). Infectious waste (code 18 01 03*) requires a mandatory ADR vehicle and specific package labelling in accordance with European directives on biohazardous materials.
Typical codes under Ordinance No. 2/2014

Questions & Answers
Yes. Our vehicles are ADR-certified and drivers hold ADR certificates for the transport of dangerous goods in class 6.2 (infectious substances). All necessary documents are available on request.
Yes. Infectious medical waste (code 18 01 03*) is our speciality. We transport it in UN-certified containers by ADR vehicle with a complete set of biosafety documentation.
Infectious waste must be in UN-certified containers (yellow sharps boxes, rigid plastic containers for soft waste). If you do not have suitable containers, we can arrange delivery of them.
With advance notice we dispatch the vehicle within 24–48 hours. For emergencies at hospital establishments please contact us directly for an individual schedule.
The medical establishment receives a waste transport (consignment) document (TCD), a weighbridge ticket from the incinerator and an acceptance confirmation — everything required for your mandatory waste register under the WMA.
