What does the service include?
The service covers the transport of production raw materials deemed unfit — residual materials, off-spec batches, contaminated raw materials and production waste. Green Shield Logistics provides accurate classification and lawful transport to the appropriate licensed facility.
- Acceptance and inventory of unfit raw materials
- Classification by code (16 03 03*, 16 03 04, 16 03 05*, 16 03 06, 07 xx)
- Verification of hazardous properties (H-characteristics under Ordinance No. 2)
- ADR transport for hazardous raw materials with qualified driver
- Handover to licensed incinerator or landfill
- TCD and full documentation for every batch
How does the process work?
Enquiry and description
Describe the type of raw material, quantity, origin and reason for disposal. For complex cases provide a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) or chemical analysis for accurate classification.
Classification and assessment
We classify the raw materials under Ordinance No. 2/2014. For hazardous properties (flammable, toxic, reactive) we determine the need for ADR transport. We advise on the appropriate facility — incinerator or landfill.
Specialised transport
Hazardous raw materials are transported by ADR-certified vehicle with a qualified driver. Non-hazardous materials are transported under standard conditions. A TCD is prepared with exact data on type and quantity.
Handover and documentation
Raw materials are handed over to the licensed partner (incinerator or landfill). You receive a waste transport (consignment) document (TCD), a weighbridge ticket and acceptance confirmation — for your waste register.
Documents, legal compliance and codes
The activity is governed by the Waste Management Act (WMA) and Ordinance No. 2/2014. Production raw materials for disposal may fall under different chapters of the waste classification list. Transport is carried out under RIOSV permit No. 12-РД-2661-00.
Correct classification is key: hazardous raw materials (16 03 03*, 16 03 05*) require ADR transport and specialised documents, while non-hazardous materials (16 03 04, 16 03 06) are transported under less stringent conditions. Every batch is accompanied by a waste transport (consignment) document (TCD).
Typical codes under Ordinance No. 2/2014
| Code | Description | Type |
|---|---|---|
| 16 03 03* | Inorganic waste containing hazardous substances | Hazardous |
| 16 03 04 | Inorganic waste other than those mentioned in 16 03 03 | Non-hazardous |
| 16 03 05* | Organic waste containing hazardous substances | Hazardous |
| 16 03 06 | Organic waste other than those mentioned in 16 03 05 | Non-hazardous |
| 07 xx | Waste from organic chemical processes (depending on production) | Varies |

Questions & Answers
Classification depends on the chemical composition and properties of the raw material. We assist with code determination under Ordinance No. 2/2014 — for complex cases we use the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) or request a chemical analysis.
For unknown or potentially hazardous raw materials — yes. An SDS (Safety Data Sheet) is mandatory for ADR transport. For well-known raw materials a description of the production process and origin is usually sufficient.
Yes. Raw materials with hazardous properties (flammable, toxic, corrosive, reactive) require ADR transport with a qualified driver and specialised vehicle. We have the necessary equipment and documentation.
You receive a waste transport (consignment) document (TCD), a weighbridge ticket from the facility and an acceptance confirmation. These documents are mandatory for your waste register under the WMA.
Yes — we serve production plants with varying volumes: from small batches to entire tankers or pallets. Contact us for a quantity and transport type assessment.
