How does the process work?
Enquiry and description
Provide information on the type of food supplements, the quantity (units/weight), packaging and expiry date. For entire batches you may send a stock list for a more accurate assessment.
Assessment and preparation
We classify the waste under Ordinance No. 2/2014, determine the appropriate facility (landfill or incinerator) and prepare all transport documents. We coordinate a day and time convenient for you.
Transport to the facility
Removal is carried out discreetly by our vehicles. Products are transported safely with no risk of information about your brand leaking.
Handover and documentation
Food supplements are handed over to the licensed facility and weighed. You receive a TCD, a weighbridge ticket and an acceptance confirmation — the documents that prove lawful destruction.
Documents, legal compliance and codes
The activity is governed by the Waste Management Act (WMA) and Ordinance No. 2 of 23 July 2014 on waste classification. Expired food supplements are treated as production waste. Transport is carried out under RIOSV permit No. 12-РД-2661-00.
Every batch is accompanied by a waste transport (consignment) document (TCD). Discreet destruction protects your brand: expired products do not re-enter the supply chain, and the documents prove lawful management before BABH and RIOSV.
