Transport and Destruction of Written-Off Products
You have stock that cannot be sold. We take it out of your warehouse and through to destruction, with our own vehicles, contracted licensed facilities and the documents proving the batch no longer exists.
When you need us
Writing stock off is rarely planned. It usually arrives with one of these situations:
- A whole batch past its date, taking up warehouse space
- A product withdrawn from the market that must not return to distribution
- An off-specification batch, or one damaged in transit or storage
- Stock detained by a supervisory authority and due for destruction
- A stocktake where quantities have to be closed off in the accounts
- Clearing a warehouse before a move or before the year end
What we take on
Writing stock off looks simple until it turns out that every batch needs a particular waste type, a particular kind of carriage, a particular facility and a particular set of documents. Our job is to keep that from being your problem.

We establish what the batch actually is
Whether it is hazardous or not, how it is officially described and where it is entitled to go. That decides both the price and the manner of carriage.

We collect with our own vehicles
Dangerous goods included, with qualified drivers and the right equipment.

We hand over to a licensed facility
We name the specific facility up front, in the quote.

We return the documents
You receive a full set: proof of handover, weight, acceptance confirmation and a destruction document. With it you close the batch off before the supervisory authorities and in your accounts.
For you it remains one contract, one phone number and one person accountable for the whole chain. Each sector has its own regulator, its own timescales and its own risk, which is why the categories where the procedure differs are set out separately.

Do you destroy the products yourselves?
We take on the classification, the documents and the transport. The destruction itself is carried out at a contracted licensed facility. We name which one before we start.
How quickly can it happen?
For most batches, within days. The exception is medicinal products, where the regulator’s procedure takes longer.
Do you guarantee the product will not reappear on the market?
Yes. We haul directly to the facility with no intermediate storage, and for sensitive brands we destroy the packaging too rather than sending it for recycling.
