Our history
Lawful, transparent transport and destruction
Green Shield Logistics is a licensed operator for the transport and destruction of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, assuming 100% of the legal and environmental responsibility for the load — from the point of generation to its final destruction. We work to strict ADR standards, with digital traceability on every consignment and legitimate destruction protocols valid before RIOSV, RZI and BABH.
We serve industries where error is not an option: pharmaceutical production and human medicine; hospitals, medical centres and laboratories; cosmetics, perfumery and household chemicals; the chemical industry, textiles and leather; automotive, electronics and heavy industry; the food and beverage industry and agriculture; chain stores and logistics centres; printing and woodworking; industrial construction; and the government sector, defence and strategic sites.
Our difference is not the trucks but the responsibility we take on with them. We operate a specialised temperature-controlled fleet, certified UN containers and sealed vessels, and every stream is routed to the most appropriate solution — thermal destruction, Waste-to-Energy, biogas plants, or guaranteed physical erasure under supervision. Our clients receive not simply waste taken away, but a closed file and audit-ready data for their ESG reporting.

Green Shield Logistics was founded with one purpose: that businesses in Bulgaria should have a single partner answerable for the whole journey of their waste — from the factory gate to its final destruction. We do not stop at the unloading bay. We manage the process through to the end and return you the document proving that this waste no longer exists.
How it works in practice: we are the licensed carrier and we carry out the destruction itself at licensed facilities — the whole process sits with one contractor. For you that means one contract, one contact and one set of documents, including the destruction protocol, instead of coordinating three separate firms.
