What we do
Transport and Destruction of Written-Off Goods
We take the batch from the moment you declare it waste to the document proving it was destroyed. Classification, transport, handover to a licensed facility and reporting, across Bulgaria.
What does the service include?
The moment you decide a batch will not be sold, it stops being goods and becomes waste. Your responsibility changes with it: you are no longer answerable for the quality of the product but for the traceability of the waste, up to the point it is handed to a party holding the proper document under Article 35 of the WMA.
Green Shield Logistics takes on that interval in full. We classify the batch, help you prepare the documents, collect it with our own vehicles and hand it to a facility whose permit covers the code in question. The final destruction is carried out by a contracted licensed facility, so you get one contract and one person accountable for the whole chain.
- Classification under Ordinance No. 2/2014 and preparation of the worksheet
- An identification document for hazardous streams, a consignment document for non-hazardous ones
- ADR transport where the waste is dangerous goods
- Handover to a licensed facility for disposal or recovery
- Weighbridge ticket, acceptance confirmation and destruction document
- Entry into WMA reporting and into NIWMS
How does the process work?
-
Description of the batch
You send a list or stock sheet: items, quantities, type of packaging, origin and the reason for writing it off. For unfamiliar materials, attach a safety data sheet or the formulation.
-
Classification and worksheet
We assign the six-digit code. If you have no approved worksheet for it under Annex 5 to Ordinance No. 2/2014, we help you prepare and file one with RIOSV.
-
Documents and planning
We prepare the identification document under Annex 8 to Ordinance No. 1/2014 where the waste is hazardous, along with the ADR written instructions. We agree the facility and the time.
-
Collection
We load every agreed batch of written-off goods from your loading bay.
-
Handover and documents
The batch is weighed on arrival at the facility. You receive the full document set and we record the quantities in the reporting.
