When you complete the enquiry form on this website, we collect only the data you voluntarily provide:

• To respond to your enquiry and contact you;
• To prepare a quote or arrange a waste transport service;
• To protect the website from spam and abuse.

We do not use your data for automated profiling and we do not sell it to third parties.

We process your data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the checkbox on the form, and in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Enquiries are processed through a secure enquiry management platform (Notifactor) and are stored only for as long as necessary to handle them and to establish any future business relationship, after which they are deleted.
